Solar Panels

SOLAR POWERED HOMES that provide all the luxuries and conveniences of ‘traditional’ electric homes. Solar technology is advancing almost daily, with breakthroughs such as solar powered air conditioners, and inventions such as solar powered water makers that produce up to thirty gallons of water a day out of thin air. People can enjoy this new technology with the knowledgethat they are being responsible, both financially as well as ecologically.

Over 40% of Rancho Costa Verde is designated as an ecological preserve, never to be developed or disturbed.

TRI-D PANELING – This is an alternative building system using prefabricated polystyrene panels with wire mesh. It becomes a structural wall when concrete, gunnite, cement, plaster and stucco are shotcreted into place.Environmentally friendly, it withstands extreme temperatures, it is earthquake tested, and it is a recycled green product.

POLYSTYRENE BRICK – Polystyrene brick panels feature an internal reinforced concrete grid pattern that lets builders place any Polystyrene brick panel either vertically or horizontally, or in combination. Once the panels are joined together and filled with reinforcement and concrete, the hollow cells molded into each element create a continuous structural grid. Polystyrene brick is designed to work in all environments and has been used for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential construction. In addition, the utilization of Polystyrene Brick Panel System helps to preserve the environment. A full 85% of the finished product is recycled, and less than 2.5 KwH of energy are consumed in the production of a Polystyrene Brick  Panel.

INDIVIDUAL HOME AEROBIC WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

uses an extended aeration, activated sludge process and more. There are two (2) working areas inside the plant. The aeration chamber is where air is introduced, agitating the liquid, and adding oxygen to the liquid. This promotes the growth of bacteria which in turn digests the organic matter in the liquid. The second area is inside a cone located in the center of the tank. This area is the “quiet zone” where the liquid rises upward and the suspended solids settle back into the aeration chamber. This is a continual process with the final discharge of a clear odorless liquid being produced. This process reduces solid waste to almost nothing and makes the gray water clear and odorless, perfect for irrigation.
